And There Will be Dancing in the Streets

After 25 days, three trips to the doctor, one trip to the hospital, 225+ diapers with accompanying grocery bags, one tube of Butt Paste, four tubes of A&D Ointment, two bottles of Mylanta, three ruined outfits, one ruined pair of shoes, a gallon of bleach, and a case and a half of Costco baby wipes, Peaches no longer has diarrhea.

Our garbage man will be thrilled.

Poor Peaches. That sounds rough. Glad she is doing better.

Ben went through the same thing as a babe. We tried EVERYTHING to get rid of the accompanying diaper rash, and ended up with prescription diaper rash cream.

Turns out that regular old Desitin, in combination with Aveeno Oatmeal baths, did the trick. So now we know. ;)

Oh, the diarhea. Why does it have to last SO. LONG.?

Pediatrician still thinks it was the rotavirus, based on the smell of the diapers. However, by the time the test was actually done for rotavirus, it came up negative.

Ugh. Thank God THAT'S over.

By the way, can you spread it over the phone? Because I think you passed it on to Alex.

Ooooo....we just had the same, during our Memorial Day Weekend travels, no less! Lucas awoke during our first night, sleeping with us in my in-laws' bed, belched loudly, and then threw up all over everything in his sight. The next 24 hours was non-stop diarrhea. It's misery....they're so small and they just don't understand. I feel a tiny bit of your pain. Hope everyone is better by now!
