Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Despite the rather Germanic name of my blog, we are an Irish family (with some other stuff thrown in) through and through!

We decided to get the party started early, as an Irish family worth their corned beef and cabbage would do!

And about that rule I made when I was 8 that I would never dress my children alike: GAH!

Green milk, people, in honor of St. Patrick's day. Food coloring. My kids would have absolutely turned their noses up at *that*!

Happy St. Pat's day, Hausfrau Household!

Those tights are the best! Do they come in my size?

Damn, I hate this holiday.

(But your kids are adorable anyway.)

I threw the "no dressing alike" rule out the window long ago too - sometimes I just can't resist, as cheesy as it is. The girls are adorable, by the way.

Awwwwww. Great pics! You gotta fo for the green. Corn beef and cabbage is actually one of my favorite meals. I ended up wolfing so much down that I had to waddle around with my top button undone.

You girls are tres cute! I have a one-year-old and a three-year-old, too. They both had on jeans last Friday and green peasant type shirts (not completely matchy matchy) and dammit if the camera was at my husband's office.
